Autum Days

What I like most about autumn days is how nuanced they are. Some days feel like they're just a step away from winter, and others feel like summer is still lingering. Some days are windstill, others more stormy and some are grey and gloomy.

On those gloomy days it's important to not put any pressure on yourself to "make" something of that day, because it will pass either way. It's a good exercise to look for things, tiny things, that can make you feel more at ease. A deep breath, a warm drink, a nice conversation, reading a book or going for a walk. Although I must admit it's easier said than done in these rushed lives we live. What makes your day feel less grey? Or how do you manage to accept that sometimes they just are?
